Express Inn

A couple of small issues that needed attention, but the staff was amazing in addressing them quickly. They made us feel like they actually cared.

We have stayed here twice for the whole week our room was very nice and clean. We always have clean towels.also the owner was very friendly he let us use his personal grill to cook. the price for the room was great. I definitely recommend thank you!!!

This is my to go hotel, I love the pool, the water is pretty deep, and it's right next to Peter Piper pizza within walking distance, oh and not to mention the price is really affordable!!!

Clean and relatively quiet. Single under $50. Entrance drive just past Peter Piper Pizza or from back. I am saving this place.

It was calm and peaceful. The rooms were clean aside from the marks on the walls caused by the humidity. The staff was friendly. Their showers have really awesome hot water— the only negative is they didn’t have a mat. Really accessible to other locations and you can even get things delivered. I also loved that it included an ironing board, microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, and blow dryer. Definitely worth it and very economic.

Great place! if you are looking for an affordable room, quick reliable service, then, this is the place to stay at! 5 miles from the Nuevo Progresso Mexican Border. My room was super affordable! A room with double beds was only $70.00 like seriously!! clean rooms, comfortable beds, express check-in, wifi, and a TV with roku and all the movies you want too see!! easy access from the main road and conveniently surrounded by restaurants and stores. This hotel is very accommodating we had issues with our reservation at the La Quinta Inn when we arrived in Mercedes on September 14th after a long 5hr drive from San Antonio Tx so we called Express Inn to get a last minute reservation for 3 nights as we were competing in the menudo cookoff there in Mercedes Tx September 15th & 16th 2023 Rick ( hotel manager) was very nice and said he had a room for us and gave us a great rate as well the hotel smells very clean and is very well kept the room was very clean bed was comfortable and the ac worked great even our fur baby was approved next time we visit the valley we will definitely be staying here again thank you to Rick and his staff fir making our stay comfortable!

I was driving from Dallas Texas to Weslaco Texas and I needed somewhere to rest because I was really tired from the drive. I'm affiliated with with Wyndham rewards, Hotels. Com.and Expedia but I was too tired to go through all that and I saw this flashing sign that said Express Inn. I have had bad experiences with some hotels like that but this one has one was a cut above the rest. IT'S CLEAN, CLEAN CLEAN. THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN WITH FRESH LINENS AND TOWELS... SPACIOUS ROOMS SMELLS SANITIZED. The owner Ricky Patel has done a wonderful job with the upkeep of the property inside and out. The staff is very courteous and respectful. I don't know if I will ever be in Weslaco again but if I am this is where I will be. Keep up the good work because you are one out of many that I've been able to rest without any worry. GREAT JOB AND THANKS FOR MAKING ME FEEL AT HOME!!!!

I have to admit this place is amazing, friendly people, clean rooms and bed. omg u are floating while you rest. Don't hate. The breakfast is amazing waffles, cereal, juice, etc.. they got it, and the hospitality it speaks for itself, great expression... you feel close to home.. i highly recommend.. oh, the pool is super clean.. 2 dump up.
